Ruby Tuesday

Happy Ruby Tuesday. Here are some shots I got with a little red. The first was a robin redbreast just outside our bedroom. It was so fun watching the robins being fed. There were a total of four baby robins. Mom and dad did a great job feeding and raising them. They eventually left the nest and ventured out in the world.

The second shot was one of my favorites of my son, John. He holding a baby alligator during a swamp tour near New Orleans. Jean Lafitte Swamp Tours had a fantastic tour with interaction with the 'gators. Quite awesome!

The robin is the ideal subject for Ruby Tuesday. And like parents everywhere, the young'uns can usually be bribed to stop screaming with food...

A nice shot that looks as a rewarding view of spring!

Great shot on those robins! And that young man holding the baby gator is really courageous. I admire his guts!

Mine's HERE. Please stop by if you have the chance. Thanks!

Great photos. We had a pair of barn swallows on our porch last spring. They were fun to watch, but they were messy.

What a wonderful shot of the robins. How cool to be able to watch that process. Cool shot of your son too, in his red shirt holding the scary creature.

I love that picture of the birds...so sweet.

Your son looks like he's having a lot of fun with that snake. I'm scared of them, but they look neat.

The robin is indeed a natural for Ruby Tuesday! Nice photo. And I certainly agree with the others about your son being brave.

I'd pass on holding an alligator myself!

Hi Columbo, your robin and babies fit the Red post wonderfully. I'm sure you saw the red in the begging baby's mouth as well.
Happy RRtU, thank you peeking at my old Red Russian standbys.
