Today is Ruby Tuesday, a time to post a photo with something red in it. The first photo was taken of my son John, wife Cindy, and Riley (John's friend) at Glacier National Park (Montana). The next photo is at Avalanche Lake in Glacier National Park with John and Cindy. Glacier National Park is in Wyoming and part in Canada. During our visit last June, we were treated to numerous deer, elk, and even an occasional black bear. This is one of my favorite national parks to visit. To get to Avalanche Lake we had a nice five mile hike, so bring your hiking boots and oxygen if you happen to visit.

That was a fun trip and beautiful hike... but at the time - I thought I was going to die! My legs hurt for three days after that!

I remember hiking to and from Crater Lake many years ago when I was still in pretty decent shape and wondering if I was going to live or die. Looks like you had a great time. Beautiful photos.
